'I'll always love Arsenal whatever happens' - Van Persie to discuss Gunners future next week

Arsenal striker Robin van Persie has admitted that he is to discuss his Gunners future next week, insisting that, whatever happens, he will always love the club.Wenger's side secured Champions League football for next season with a 3-2 win over West Brom but will now turn their attentions to attempting to persuade their skipper to stay.

Arsene Wenger's side ensured they would be in next season's Champions League following a 3-2 win at West Brom on a dramatic final day in England's top flight, an outcome that should improve the north London club's chances of persuading the Dutchman to stay.

The 28-year-old finished as the Premier League's top goalscorer with 30 goals this season and, as exclusively revealed by us, is being targeted by Serie A champions Juventus with his contract set to expire at the end of the 2012-13 campaign.

When quizzed over his future, Van Persie told reporters: "You never know. Arsenal is a massive club, a great club. I have been playing here for eight years and I love this club. Whatever happens that will never change.

"We'll sit down next week. Arsenal is a massive club, whatever happens I'll always love this club."
