It's official, AC Milan's Thiago Silva has joined Paris Saint Germain(PSG). The French club announced so on its website. The 27 year-old Brazilian defender has signed a 5-year contract with the club coached by Carlo Ancelotti.

AC Milan published the transfer news on its website too: "AC Milan informs it has sold Thiago Silva to PSG". That's all. The news was given much more emphasis on PSG's website: "Thiago Silva, 27 years old, Brazilian national, previously playing for AC Milan, has joined Paris Saint Germain, having signed a 5-year contract today".
